This blog is started to help build awareness for RPG gamer’s rights to their characters. As a RPG gamer we put alot of time and sometimes alot of money into our hobby of playing online MMO RPG games. Most of the time we spend hours on one character and almost all of us have main toons on our favorite games. Many game developers and companies assume they own the rights to our characters because they own the software and servers to the game, but this blog is to help start a petition and group that will allow gamers a shared ownership of their characters in the future. In this the game companies will not have so much complete control over our created characters, time and items we attain as we continue to play their game. There will become a more corporative participation between the game development companies and their customers who play their games. We can build awareness that our hobby time playing a RPG Game is valuable and we deserve to be treated in such a manner by game developers & game publishers.
